In his time at Lighthouse, Noah has had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including municipalities, public agencies, developers, nonprofits, and construction companies. His expertise includes navigating complex development and community outreach projects, crafting compelling narrative strategies, fostering consensus through coalition building, and finding innovative ways to overcome project obstacles. Noah has led stakeholder engagement for numerous projects across thousands of acres, coordinated the pursuit of nearly a half-billion dollars in federal and state funding for public transportation, facilitated community-led benefits packages for major real estate projects, and cultivated relationships between clients and decision makers around the Bay Area.

Prior to Lighthouse, Noah served for more than a decade as Director of Public Programming at SPUR, the Bay Area’s leading civic planning organization, where he managed a team focused on public engagement and education initiatives, including the translation of complex policy and legislative information into accessible public dialogue. Before SPUR, Noah worked as an urban designer, developing innovative built environment and graphic communication solutions for a wide slate of clients in California and around the world.

Noah earned a degree in City & Regional Planning with a focus on urban design from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Council San Mateo County and lives in Berkeley with his wife and two daughters.
