With more than two decades of experience in California politics, Neil Pople serves as the Legislative Operations Manager in Lighthouse Public Affairs’ Sacramento Office, where he is responsible for managing the day-to-day legislative operations of the firm and ensuring the seamless execution of client strategies. Neil’s expertise in navigating California’s complex legislative and regulatory processes helped numerous clients advance their priorities at the state and local levels.

Before joining Lighthouse, Neil built an extensive career working in political campaigns, government accounting, and office management. His experience includes managing high-profile client agendas, developing policy strategies, and coordinating political efforts across the nation. With a broad understanding of Sacramento’s political landscape, Neil played a pivotal role in shaping outcomes and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Neil is currently pursuing his degree at California State University, San Bernardino, where he balances full-time online coursework with his career in public affairs.
