Keshav Kumar brings to Lighthouse a kinesthetic knowledge of local public affairs, state government relations, and public-agency representation. Prior to joining Lighthouse, Keshav spent two years managing local affairs in the North Bay region and executing statewide communication campaigns for the California Apartment Association.

Keshav has a keen interest in local government, water, rental housing, and land use, with key expertise in helping create housing and water-delivery infrastructure improvements via private- and public-sector collaborations.
